Reception hours during the academic year: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The mere request for accommodation does not imply approval until it is confirmed by the Residence.
The guest(s) agree to comply with the Internal Regulations of the UNEATLANTICO Student Residence, with the exception of the timetable for entering and leaving the facilities
The reservation will be guaranteed and a charge of 50% of the total amount of the stay will be made to your credit or debit card.
The remainder of the total amount of your stay must be paid at check-in by credit or debit card.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days prior to the day of check-in. Notification must be made in writing by sending an e-mail to recepcion.residencia@uneatlantico.es
No-show at check-in, late cancellation, or abandonment by the client after check-in before the agreed time will result in an automatic charge to the credit or debit card of 100%.
