STAY CONDITIONS
- Weekly cleaning and weekly change of sheets and towels.
- Reception hours: 7:00 to 23:00 h.
- Changes to the number of people are not accepted within 7 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in: 16:00 h. Check-out: 12:00 h. If the departure is not completed by the established time, an extra day will be charged.
- Submitting a lodging request does not imply approval until written confirmation is issued by the Residence.
PAYMENT METHOD AND OPTIONS
- Payment of 25% of the total amount stay upon reservation confirmation (non-refundable). The remaining 75% at least 30 days prior to arrival date. A 100% charge applies for cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival.
- An invoice will be issued after the group’s departure, and only one invoice will be issued.
- Failure to show up for check-in, cancellation after the deadline, or early departure by the guest after check-in
and before the agreed-upon time will result in an automatic charge of 100%. - To cancel a group reservation, the cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to: recepcion.residencia@uneatlantico.es
