The UNEATLANTICO Residence is located in the city of Santander, in the Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Cantabria (Pctcan). It is located 500 meters (5 minute walk) from the campus of the Universidad Europea del Atlántico, 6 minutes from the center of Santander by car, and 20 minutes by bus.

Three city bus lines connect the residence with any point in Santander. There is a cab stand and a municipal bicycle rental station a few meters from the main building.
