The UNEATLANTICO University Residence, inaugurated in September 2017, has several types of accommodation to suit your needs.
For those who want more privacy, we have studios for individual use and rooms for individual use integrated in apartments for 5 or 6 people.
Do you want to live the experience of sharing accommodation? In this case, we have rooms for double occupancy (2 people) integrated in apartments for 5 or 6 people and studios for double occupancy. We also have accommodations adapted for people with reduced mobility.

About our accommodations
The following are the different types of accommodations. All of them have Wi-Fi and network connection:
Bedrooms for single use (1 person) with private bathroom equipped with 90 cm bed with Pikolin mattress and pillow, bed linen, bedside table with lamp, closet, shelves, study table, and chair. The bathroom has a sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet bowl, and a large shower with screen for the guest’s comfort.
The room is located in an apartment with an approximate area of 115 square meters, distributed in 4 bedrooms (5 or 6 persons), all of them with their own bathroom, and a living-dining room and shared kitchen for the 4 bedrooms.
The living-dining room has sofas, coffee table, and TV table as well as 49″ SmartTV and telephone to be able to contact the Residence Reception.
The kitchen has a combined fridge, induction cooktop and microwave, and furniture for the storage of cloths and food.

Studio for double occupancy (two people) with private bathroom. The studio is equipped with 2 beds of 90 cm, with Pikolin mattress and pillow, bed linen, bedside table with lamp, closet, dining table with chairs, 32″ smartTV, bookshelf, and study tables with chairs. It has a kitchenette equipped with a large combined fridge, induction cooktop and microwave, as well as cabinets to store food and cloth.
The studio bathroom has a sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet bowl, and large shower tray and screen.
