Residents staying in the Residence during the 2023-2024 academic year who wish to renew their stay in 2024-2025, check with the Residence for rates

* The monthly cost of accommodation includes electricity, water, heating, and Internet, as well as furniture, equipped kitchen, refrigerator, vitroceramic hob, microwave, cleaning service once a month, and weekly change of sheets
* Reception hours during the academic year: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

You will be able to pay the monthly fees for your accommodation by direct debit to the Spanish bank account you authorize us or by Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card.
You can opt for payment:
- Monthly: will be charged in advance on the 10th of each month.
- One-time payment of the total amount of the stay: A 3% discount, before taxes, will be applied.
Discount only applicable to stays for the full academic year. A single receipt will be issued on the 10th day of the month in which your contract begins.
To confirm the reservation of accommodation at the UNEATLANTICO University Residence, you must pay the amount indicated in the table of accommodation Rates in the “Amount to be paid for the reservation” column. This payment can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card (VISA or Mastercard).
Upon your arrival at the Residence and with the formalization of the accommodation contract, the payment made for the reservation will become the guarantee deposit of the contract to protect possible damages or non-payments.
Refund conditions of the reservation deposit:
- In case the entry visa to Spain is denied and we are notified 20 days prior to the date of entry.
- If the student does not secure a spot at UNEATLANTICO because he/she does not meet the academic requirements of access demanded by the applicable regulations regarding access to the University.
Non-refund conditions of the reservation deposit:
- If he/she voluntarily resigns at any time from the requested/allocated place in the residence.
