The UNEATLANTICO University Residence is located at calle Albert Einstein, 16 in Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Cantabria (PCTCAN) in Santander. Our facilities are located just a few meters away from the Universidad Europa del Atlántico (UNEATLANTICO), making it the ideal accommodation for its students and teaching and research staff.
The Residence was inaugurated in September 2017, so the building that houses our studios and apartments is of current trends, and its facilities have taken into account the criteria of energy efficiency, comfort, and communications.

A privileged environment
Santander is known for being one of the most beautiful cities in Spain and for having one of the most beautiful bays in the world. It has a population of just over 172,000 inhabitants and has been awarded on several occasions as one of the safest cities in Spain.
Capital of the Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, its lively, social, and cultural life offers a multitude of activities. You can visit cinemas, theaters, museums, or parks, or do different recreational and sports activities.
Santander has great beaches where you can practice water sports such as surfing, sailing, Stand up Paddle. If you prefer the mountains, Cantabria offers you the possibility of visiting Los Picos de Europa, as well as the rest of the mountains of the community, offering hiking, canyoning, climbing, or via ferrata. For snow lovers, less than an hour from the city is the ski resort of Campoo, with its emblematic slopes and majestic views.
As for urban transport, Santander has a wide network of municipal buses (TUS) that will allow you to move around the city fast and affordable. In the vicinity of the Residence, there are two bus stops for bus lines 1, 13, and 23, so it is fully connected to the city center.
In addition, the city wants to promote sustainable mobility so it has a bike lane that allows to move around the city by bicycle and also has a bicycle loan service (TUSBICI) with 16 service stations and a fleet of 200 bicycles. One of the gas stations is located in front of the main entrance of the university residence.
On the other hand, despite being a small city, Santander has the Seve Ballesteros airport, with several connections to national and international cities, some of them with low-cost airlines that will allow you to get to know other cultures and countries.
